How do I fix unexpected error when sending to groups in Outlook

I am getting an "unexpected error' when I try to send e-mail to multiple
contact groups. I can send e-mail to individuals with no problem.

State your definition of "contact groups" because Outlook has no such
entity. Do you mean "Distribution Lists"?
