How do I fix the position of a group footer in an Access report?

I want the customer group footer to always be at the bottom of the page,
regardless of the number of line items. The footer holds the customer total
for an invoice. I don't want the invoice format to shrink to half a page if
there is only one line item, and there may be enough line items to carry on
to multiple pages, so the total should always be at the bottom.
