How do I fix error message 0x8004210A?

I cannot get email on Outlook due to this error message? Any fixes??

I have the same problem. I have followed all of the instructions contained in
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/827349/EN-US/ and the problem continues. The
porblem developed after Service pack 3 downloaded.
