How do I fix an oe registration error in outlook?

My daughter downloaded a new version of MSN instant messenger and now her
outlook will not work. She is getting an oe registration error. What can we
do to fix it. I have tried to remove and reinstall office but we still get
this error. Thanks for any suggestions.

Your best bet is to ask in a newsgroup that supports Outlook Express. OE is
part of Internet Explorer, while Outlook is part of Microsoft Outlook which
this group supports.
