How do i fit a picture exactly inside an autoshape?

I have a picture that i need to fit exactly inside an autoshape. The
autoshape is a rectangle with all four corners arched. As you can probably
imagine, the picture corners are outside the frame. How do i get the picture
to fit exactly

Hector,
Maybe this will help, select the AutoShape, click on the listarrow next to
the Fill color button on the drawing toolbar, choose fill effects, select
the picture tab, browse to your picture and insert it. Ok your way out.
