I have used this before, but am having real trouble today so can't figure it
out. Where is the function/image of a box that you check and uncheck in the
document? I believe you right click on it and it you can choose 'check box'
or 'uncheck box'. Any answers would be great : )

You can bring up the Forms toolbar (Right click any toolbar and choose Forms)
and then click the Check box.

I hope this is what you were looking for.

You can do it that way, but that's not the way it's meant to work. When you
insert a check box form field and protect the document for forms, you can
check or uncheck the box by clicking it with the mouse or pressing the
spacebar. Another type of check box that doesn't require forms protection
(though it does require a double click) is described at
http://www.gmayor.com/Macrobutton.htm and
http://gregmaxey.mvps.org/add_check_boxes.htm

Thank you both for your replies. I was trying to figure out how to create
it, and I couldn't remember what Tool Bar I needed to do it. I would not have
thought of the Forms one, it's been so long since I've used it. Thanks!
