How do I find Print Selection on this new program?

the print dialog shows the very same option.

And the Print dialog can still be accessed via Ctrl+P.

Yes, the same "Selection" option button is still in the Print dialog.

Note that you don't have to "copy" the text, you just have to "select" it.

I should have mentioned, I am working in Outlook email. It seems the only
print option is "Memo" format.
