I suggest MS Word or MS Publisher.

Sorry this is the MS Access (the database program) newsgroup. Try a
newsgroup devoted to the program you are using. You should find people
better able to address your problem there than here.

Publisher or Word may be better if you want to get real fancy but I've done
my cards in Access.
It is especially useful if you are creating a small number of cards for a
few individuals.
Our business cards and ID cards for our fire department have photo's and
rank as well as a physical description and blood type. (I was going to note
that it put the names on the cards also but didn't want to hear the
Duuuuuh.)

I have a table with one field in it and add as many records as I want cards
for each person, then do a Cartesian set with the volunteers table.
(The second time I've found a use for those things.)
