how do i extract data from pivot table to txt file

Hi, i receive daily pivot tables, i need to extract it but its bigger than
66000. how can i extract it to either text file or access file.
data can be extracted from pivot table. how do i do it. we don't have access
to the data source.
 
You could use a page field to filter the data, so only half the records
are summarized in the pivot table.
Double-click on the grand total cell, to extract that data.
Change the page field, to show the remaining data, and extract it.
From the Excel sheets with extracted data, you can create text files,
or move the data to Access.
