How do I export to my data watch?

I have been using Microsoft Scheduler for years to export data into my Timex
data watch. Since upgrading to XP, I was told that Outlook has replaced
Scheduler but I cannot find how to send the data to my watch. Any help would
be greatly appreciated.

if you still have scheduler plus installation files, it should work as long
as you don't install outlook.
