I have several job folders within my inbox folder each with a different job
name. I would like to be able to manually move items from these job folders
to other folders located on a network.

I'll start off by stating that Outlook does not support accessing folders
stored on network shares. It can lead to data loss.

When you say "other folders located on the network", do you mean Outlook
folders or file system folders? If the former, and you have those folders
open in Outlook, just drag the folders you wish to move to those other
folders and you're done. If you mean the latter, then create a new PST in
one of those network folders (File>New>Outlook Data File) and then drag the
fodlers you want to move to the new PST you just created and you're done.
