How do I export fixed format > 2 decimals w/o truncation?

I have set up a specification to export my access table to a fixed length
text file, but it truncates my decimal positions to two digits. The preview
of the extract shows the data in the third decimal position, but when I open
the text file the position is blank.

Is there a fix or something else that I can try? I've tried playing with
the field definition of the table, but nothing seems to help.

Thanks.

In addition, I've tried exporting froma query using the
format([field],"00.000") in place of the field and that didn't work either.

Never mind. If I create a new specification from scratch after doing the
query and the format and the right justify, it apears to work. What a bother.
