How do I export calender, it keeps saying to reload office

Have you tried a Detect & Repair operation (on the Help menu)?

It did not work. Error message says ...Import and Export Command unavailale...

It never worked since I installed, over 5 months ago.

version, account type, and the exact text of any errors you see.

If I may ask why you wish to export, there may be an alternative that
doesn't require it.
