How do I export body text from many emails at once to Excel?

How do I export body text from many emails at once to Excel? I have a file
containing 500 emails, all with identically formatted data that I'd like to
export all at once into an Excel spreadsheet. Using the export function I
haven't found a way to get the actually body copy that I need.

What happens when you try? Are you exporting to Excel format or CSV or ?

I've tried to export in all available formats (windows txt,
csv,access,excel) and the "BODY" field simply says the word "BODY". I want it
to show the test that is contained within the body of the message. My
situation is exactly this...I have hundreds of "undeliverable" messages, all
in the same format thru the same listserv server, and the undeliverable email
address is in the same location in each of these. I need to be able to
download these addresses to feed into my database for removal.
