How do I expand my "in box"

Working in Outlook I keep getting emails rejectedas I "do not have enough
space in my "In Box". This occurs between 350 and 375 emails. How can I
increase the size of my In Box to something like 500 messages?

Try not to store messages in sent items, deleted or drafts as they can really
take up a lot of space.. also create subfolders and keep your inbox clean

Try auto Archiving your folders. http://support.microsoft.com/?id=830119
also try deleting your deleted files and sent items. (should be kept to a
small minimum)
Look for some of the large files you have, and save the attachments to your
computer documents and remove the attachments
Also note that the new outlook 2003 has a 20 GB quota..

Empty out your unneeded messages, create a new PST and move messages to it,
save attachments to a Winodws folder and remove them from the messages.
It's unlikely you can change the size of the mailbox. Also, it's not
limited to how many messages you have, but how much space those messages
take.

Thank you for your help. I did not realize the deleted items and sent items
were part of the total space available. I thought each had its own allocation
of space. I did set up a folder to save all the messages from "Adobe" . Guess
I will have to take another approach.

Thank you for your reply,

I will take the necessary actions now I understand the concept that Outlook
has a total capacity and the in box is just a part of that
