How do I Erase all tracks of internet activity?

You can delete your cache but your trail will still be in
your history which can not be deleted unless you format
the hard drive (technically law enforcement can still
find out where you have been). What are you hiding from?
Don't do anything illegal and you have nothing to worry
about.

I can think of times when I left a job and wanted to be absolutely sure that
the folks after me were not going to take advantage of the research I'd done
in order to put the product out. (No, management and I didn't get along real
well.) Nothing illegal, shady or immoral in that. The only thing I took to
the confessional booth was the ill feelings I had.
