How do I enter "ACN" as a column heading?

Hi RPS,

I'd type "ACN" in row one above the column you want a heading for.

For future reference though, this is a newsgroup dedicated to a different
Microsoft product called Microsoft Access.

Good luck!!

Damian.

You need to remove the acn entry from AutoCorrect options in Excel 2007
(Office Button, Excel Options, Proofing, AutoCorrectOptions). In Excel
2003, if you move back over the cell that changed to CAN, you should get an
AutoCorrect smart tag that you can use to revert back to ACN. If not, do
the same as Excel 2007 option. Delete the entry from AutoCorrect (Tools,
AutoCorrect Options).

I have the 2000 version & it doesn't support this.

In Microsoft Excel 2000
* click the tools menu
* choose AutoCorrect
* In the Replace box (about halfway down the dialog box) type acn
* In the list below, you should see acn in the left column and can in the
right column and it should already be selected.
* Click the Delete button
* Click OK

IF you do not see an AutoCorrect option in the tools menu, you need to
expand to full menus by moving your mouse over the inverted chevron (double
down arrow) at the bottom of the tools menu.

Should you have trouble with this procedure, you can refer to
