How do I enlarge navigation buttons in theme bars?

I need to enlarge the buttons on the navigation bars. Is there a way to make
the buttons take 2 lines of text? Or make the buttons longer? ie: "History
of Community Health Centres" does not fit in the button, yet that is the
title of the page.

I am using Front Page 2003.

You would have to create your own buttons using your
favorite graphics program, import them into your PC based
web, utilize them and save your theme (if you are using
one) under a different name.

If this sounds like too much work, you could try to
abbreviate your text or switch from using buttons over to
text to represent your navigation hyperlinks.
