how do I enlarge a section of a picture in powerpoint

i have a graph in powerpoint and want to highlight a section of it by
enlarging it in my powerpoint presentation. can this be done and how? I
have ppt version 2003.

Hi

You could ungroup the chart then add an emphasis -> grow animation to it. Be
aware that ungrouping the chart will turn it into lots of little powerpoint
shapes so it's always best to keep a copy of the chart in case you need to
edit it later - just drag it off the side of the slide so it can't be seen.

What sort of chart is it? You could do different things - the above would
work for a bar/column chart, or you could use a motion path for a piece of
pie chart....
