How do I end the License Agreement?

I purchased a box of PowerPoint 2002 and installed, activated, registered it
on one computer. Now I want to remove it from that computer and put it on
another computer, and transfer the EULA.

How exactly does one end the agreement? Do I have to submit a form or
something else or do I merely uninstall PowerPoint software from my computer?
I've read through the agreement but it doesn't exactly state what ending the
agreement constitutes. Thank you.

Simplest answer is to contact MS customer support and ask them. No one in
this NG can offer legal advice in place of MS.

I'd leave Office installed on the first computer temporarily. If something goes
amiss and you can't get it installed/activated on the other computer, you won't
be without.

Install it on the other computer and attempt to activate it. It's possible that
it'll simply work. Some versions allow an install on two computers (desktop and
laptop) belonging to the same user. More likely the automatic activation will
fail and you'll be instructed to call MS. Do that and they'll walk you through
what needs to be done.
