how do i enable aol coach in manage add ons

cannot figure out how to get to manage addons to enable i am the admnistrator
and if i could get to where this is will be able to enable i think i am
trying to download software from aol and says i cant because i have disabled
aol coach in my manage add ons

If using SP2, use Tools > Manage Addons in Internet Explorer.
