Help!!! I had to reinstall windows xp because the aol
coach software could not work correctly. I get error
messages that the *.gfp and the *.ppk files are
corrupted.

I don't follow that reasoning at all. How can something someone
else's children use possibly justify deliberately making a bad
decision about your own computer? If your neighbors' children all
smoked crack, would you?
