How do I enable access to hyperlinks from Outlook e-mails?

When I click on a hyperlink in an HTML e-mail I get the message " This
operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer.
Please contact your system administrator." I am logged on with Administrator
privileges. How do I change this setting to allow Explorer to launch
automatically from a hyperlink?

Could be the security settings in the options tab.
Click tools>options and then the security tab. Set it to medium. Not usre if
this helps, but only a suggestion.
