How do I email someone a distribution list?

When distribution list is displayed, save as a msg file. The recipient of
that file can double-click to display with Outlook, then 'copy to' Contacts
folder.
 
Aaaaahhh...it doesn't work with Outlook 98, that was our hang-up.
Thanks! This method works perfectly for Outlook 2000 and higher.
