how do i email a document from excel

Which version Excel? In 2003, select file, then send to. In 2007 selct Office
orb Upper left corner) and then Send.
 
I use Excel 2007 and XP SP2,I have a related question, I have tried the send
option and have only Fax as an option no email, how do I setup outlook
express for excel.
