How do I email a copy of my calendar?

I want to email a copy of say one month or 3 months of my calendar to someone
else, or distribution list. Can it be done?
 
You can copy the items to another folder then export that folder using the
File menu > Import & Export command to a PST file or other file type (in case
the recipients aren't using Outlook)
