How do I eliminate a 'paragraph' symbol from all of my out going

After having closed my computer on Thursday I came into work Friday morning
to see that every single line on my outgoling mail has a symbol at the end of
it. The symbol looks like a backwards letter "P". The symbol can be seen when
you go into outgoing mail / format / paragraph. The symbol does not appear on
the acutal mail that is sent. Only on my end.

You've got Microsoft Word set as your default email editor.

Open Microsoft Word, and you'll see a button in the toolbar with the
same paragraph symbol. Uncheck it and they should disappear from your
Outlook.
