How do I easily return to previous position after clicking hyperli

With my previous version of Word, I had a "back" arrow in the icon bar. When
I would click on a hyperlink in a document, I could always click the back
arrow and return to the place where I clicked the hyperlink.

I have since upgraded to Word 2003, and the arrow is gone. I have no idea
how to get it back, or how to easily return to the previous text position.
Help?

The 'back' arrow is on the web toolbar.

Use the keyboard shortcut ALT+Left arrow or display the web toolbar which
has the back arrow.
