How do I download Dutch language for word?

Since I got office 2003 I dont have dutch in spelling controle. I can choose
Dutch as language but I get error messege when trying to do spelling
controle. It asks me to download proofing tools(???).

What are those and where do I download it?

There's no download, I'm afraid: you have to buy the Office 2003
Proofing Tools CD.

You would have to buy it from a local reseller.

Note, however, that it is worth checking the Word installation (via
Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel) if it is possible to add Dutch
proofing tools; it definitely should be if you are using a Dutch
version of Word.

What is the basic language of the Office setup? And where did you buy it? If
it's English and you bought it in Holland for example, Dutch language
support would be included with it.
