How do I do wedding placement cards?

I was wondering if anyone had created wedding placement cards and how they
did it in word.

I suspect you could do it using the Labels feature. While I don't know for
sure, I suspect that Avery or some other paper template company offers
wedding placement cards. You'd then (in Word 2003, at any rate), choose
Tools - Letters and Mailings - Envelopes and Labels - Labels tab. Click
Options and find the product corresponding to wedding placement cards, etc.

That would get you one wedding placement card... to merge a list to a given
label, use the mail merge feature. Again, in Word 2003, you'd start with
Tools - Letters and Mailings - Mail Merge, and follow the prompts/directions
in the Mail Merge task pane (beginning with telling it you're using labels,
etc.).
