How do I do a Quarterly reoccurring meeting in Outlook?

I need to set up many quarterly reoccurring meetings in outlook and short of
inputting each one individually mnay times over (as the frequency options for
reoccurrence are limited to daily, weekly, monthly or yearly) I don't know
how to achieve this.

Any suggestions?

Choose Monthly and specify that the appointment occur every 3 months.
