How do I divert messages from certain mailers to personal folders?

Hi
I have recently created different mail folders for certain mailers to
organize the huge mail I recieve. I could easily filter the inbox view and
moved messages from every mailer to a certain personal folder.
I believe that Outlook can be set so that the mail coming from this person
goes automatically to this mail box instead of the common inbox. But I do not
know how.
Can any body help?
