How do I display a CD *.pps file on TV set using a DVD player?

Are there options within MS-PP 2000 which will allow me to create a pps file
that, burned to a CD, will play on a DVD/TV?
 
You will need to record your presentation using programs such as Camtasia.
Next, convert the movie to MPEG2 file.

Then, import the video into a DVD authoring program to create
the DVD menu and setup.

Lastly, burn into the DVD-R/RW.

Apology, if you meant burning into CD-R/RW, you just need to convert the
presentation into video format (Through programs such as CamTasia).
