How do I disable Windows logo key???

Please help! I can't figure out how to disable my
windows logo key (the key right next to the Alt key).
Currently, when the key is pressed, it opens up my start
menu, which is the default for Windows (XP anyway), but I
don't want it to open my start menu--I don't want it to
do anything when I press it (alone). Is there a way I
can disable this function?

If anyone out there can help me with this, I would really
appreciate it!
