How do I disable the Preview Pane in Outlook 2002

First, ask in the body of a message, not the subject.

Doesn't unchecking it under the View menu work?
 
Yes, but I want to disable this ability in 2002 and 2003 for all clients. Is
there a means to do this in the registry or elsewhere?

One way is to start Outlook with the /nopreview switch. There is also a
registry key that will turn it off by default, but still allow the user to
turn it back on. Group policies may also be able to control it, but I have
no experience with that.
