How do I disable the on screen keyboard

Hi,

The on screen keyboard appears everytime I boot to desktop, how do I disable
this function?
 
Control Panel \ Ease of Access

I had the same problem when my wireless keyboard stopped working and somehow
that on screen keyboard appeared. I posted here and a MS person helped me.
Spend some time in Ease of Access and you'll find out how to turn it off.
