how do i disable the mousewheel in access

I have a subform which is linked to the parent form. When a user enters the
subform, if they roll the mousewheel it creates a new record to the subform's
table by accident. How can I disable the mousewheel while the subform has
focus?

Thanks! I've seen that webpage before, but couldn't get it to work. What I
realized this time was that you must also add the module "modMouseHook" from
the sample database given at that same site.
