Hello does anybody know how o disable send/recieve on start up? I only have
dial up at home and if someone has sen me a huge email I can't do anything
for ten minutes because it is hogging all of the measly amount of bandwidth.
I'd rather just recieve them on my laptop when I get to work. Thanks

You need to disable automatic mail polling. Without knowing what version of
Outlook you're using, we can't tell you how to do that.
