How do I disable or hide properties, such as creation date

How can I hide properties, such as, creation date, date modified, etc. from a
document that is being eMailed as an attachment?

Word 2003 has a command to "Remove personal information from file properties
on save" (Tools | Options | Security). You should test this to see which
properties are removed.
