How do I disable desktop tool tip info?

I'm currently running XP Pro. I would simply like to disable the tool tips from popping up as I move the mouse cursor over the desktop icons. It's very distracting. Thanks in advance! =)

Thanks. The disable all registry tweak did the trick! (I already disabled balloon tips)
