HOW DO I DETERMINE AN EXCEL FILE CONTAIN MACROS OR NOT WITHOUT OPEN IT?
 
Gulam,

You could possibly use the VB Extensibility library to inspect the close
workbook. I'm not certain if the workbook has to be opened for inspection.
