Where to start to make my own business cars for an artist

Well, not in a technical support newsgroup for Microsoft Access(TM)
database design...

Microsoft's Help system has landed you in the wrong newsgroup: this
one is for the database program Microsoft Access.

Please use the dropdown box (the one that says "Access" by default)
to select a more appropriate newsgroup. A Word newsgroup would
probably be most suitable.

I suspect Access is first on the list. Add to that all the people who
got computers for Christmas and you get lots of questions.

I do my business Cards in Excel..........I design one, them copy and paste
them to print a whole page full on high-gloss paper and then separate with a
paper-cutter or scissors............

It's the Office Suite 2003 help. A couple of layers down there's an
option to get peer support; it leads you to a page where the question
you've asked earlier in the Help dialog is in the Subject line;
there's a textbox into which you may (but are not required to) enter
the text of the question; and there's a dropdown box (not particularly
conspicuous) with Access in it, with no explanation. Not the most user
friendly interface that one can imagine!

jeez, no kidding. when will Microsoft ever learn the basic rule: have real
users of all skill levels test your user interface before deploying it. (?!)

I use Access for both business cards and ID cards.

I have a table with 10 records in it and I create a Cartesian query with my
business card form to print 10 at a time.

I could probably do fancier with Word or a dedicated program but Access
lets me put a persons rank, vitals, and picture on the ID cards with ease.

I didn't find that John. I opened Word, and navigated through to the 'Ask
other users' link, when I asked a question the drop-down defaulted to Word.

Maybe they've fixed it - I could swear I tried it from Word and ended
up here, a couple of weeks ago.
