How do I delte a huge file stuck in the outbox

I accidently attached a huge digital image file to an outgoing email. It
seems to be stuck in the outbox and I can't seem to be able to delete it.
Every time I attempt to exit Outlook it tells me I still have a meesage in
the outbox. Any ideas?
