There is an autocomplete type function when you use the "find" option in
Outlook 2003. After you complete a search it caches the terms you typed into
the "Look For" field. How do you clear/delete that cache?

Try deleting the StripSearchMRU value in this registry key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Contact\StripSearchMRU

Thanks Vince! It worked great.

Hi,

I have the similar problem. However, I tried to delete the file
StripSearchMRU, but I can't find it on the harddrive. There is a folder MSO
Cache, but the access is denied.

Do you have any suggestions?

Best Regards,
Ralf
