How do I delete the cashed emails in offline mode in Outlook 2003?

My boss left on a business trip almost 3 weeks ago. He used Outlook Web
access for email, but during this time, we upgraded our exchange server from
2000 to 2003 and started a new domain. Now that he is back, his laptop is
trying to use Outlook on his laptop again. When he's online, everything works
fine, but when Outlook is offline, he still has his files there from 3 weeks
ago. If I go online when it's in offline mode, it won't synchronize because
it claims it doesn't have permission.

All that I would like to do is delete the offline files, and synchronize
from with the server from scratch. How do I do that. I already tried
reinstalling Outlook, but that didn't do it.

With Outlook closed, delete the offline folders. They're usually in
%UserProfile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

Easiest solution would be to simply create a new mail profile in the client in Control Panel | Mail.
