How do I delete rules in Outlook

I am using Outlook 2000. I had quite a few rules running for both received
messages and sent messages so they interfered with one another and did not
work as planned. I deleted all the rules and started over setting up new
ones only for received messages. However, some some sent messages are still
following old rules and going to folders I don't want them to. I cannot find
these rules anywhere to be able to delete or modify them. All the rules that
show up in the Rules Wizard list are for received messages.
Just to be sure, I deleted all the rules in the list again, but some sent
messages still followed the old rules even with Rules wizard showing no
active rules.
Any suggestions?

Then you need to post to an *Outlook* group. This one is for Access (not
very clear I know!) - the database module of Office.
Outlook groups:
microsoft.public.outlook
microsoft.public.outlook.general
