How do I delete or remove additional blank pages of a worksheet?

I am trying to print a workbook and when I look at the page break preview, it
has about 16 extra pages. How do I remove them?
 
Two options:

1. Select all the blank rows below your data then Edit>Delete. Repeat for
unused columns.
2. Select the area you want to print then go File>Print Area>Set Print Area
