how do i delete multiple records from my database

i HAVE A DATABASE THAT i NEED TO UPDATE CONSTANTLY. THERE ARE OVER 20K
RECORDS AND i HAVE TO REMOVE 200-300 RECORDS DAILY. iS THERE A WAY TO REMOVE
THESE WITHOUT DOING A FIND COMMAND 300 TIMES. THANKS
 
What is your criteria for the removal?

And please DON'T use caps in your reply.
