I start off with two or three page document. After editing I have an extra
blank page in the document. How do I get rid of it. My printer ends up
running an extra blank page through.?

You probably have a lot of blank lines at the end of the document after
editing. Deleting these lines should eliminate the blank page.

BTW, this newsgroup is for Microsoft Access (a database application) and not
general computer "access". If you still can't fix it, suggest you re-post
to the appropriate newsgroup.

Word considers blank lines as data and will print them. You likely have
blank lines after the last text you have. Deleting the lines will take care
of the problem. Try putting the curser after the last text you have, hold
down the shift key and press the down arrow until it stops moving and press
delete. That should also take care of any page breaks that will do the same
thing.

Using the "Print Layout" or "Page" view will help as it shows exactly
what is going to be printed on each page.

This is the Microsoft Access Database newsgroup. It appears your
question is not related to that database. You are much more likely to find
someone with the answer if you post your question to a newsgroup devoted to
your subject.
