How do i delete duplicate Busness Contact Manager accounts?

i have duplicate account folders in BCM one for "Accounts" and the other for
"Business Contacts" I believe this is causing other problems. The accounts
only show when I create a new message and Outlook asks which folder to select
my contacts from. These accounts do not show in the standard folder view.
Any Ideas?
 
Try removing the Outlook Address Book (Tools | Email Accounts), restarting
Outlook, then adding the Outlook Address Book back to the profile.
